Maintenance vs Deep Cleaning
Standard Maintenance Cleaning - Best for homes that are cleaned regularly and are already in good condition. This service is designed to maintain cleanliness, not restore heavily soiled areas.
Deep Clean Reset - For homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently or need extra attention, we offer a Deep Clean Reset. This one‑time service brings the home to a maintenance standard and allows future cleanings to be more efficient and consistent.
What’s Included
Our standard cleaning services are comprehensive to include every room in your home top to bottom (entryways, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common living areas). Detailed service inclusions are shared after booking so expectations are clear before your visit.
What’s Not Included
Some services are not included in standard cleanings, such as interior appliances, blinds and surfaces that require a ladder, laundry and dishes, hoarding or biohazard situations.
Add-on Service Pricing
Add‑on services are available for established recurring clients, when requested in advance.
Laundry and Personalized Chores are priced at an hourly rate.
Non-Routine Cleaning for items such as interior appliances, ceiling fixtures, blinds, etc. are priced at a flat rate per item.
Handyman Services for small renovations or projects (hang, assemble, repair) are scheduled separate from cleaning services, priced hourly with a 2-hour minimum per visit ($199) requirement. We offer a free consultation for all in-home renovation projects.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients are not home during service. As long as we have access instructions, your presence is not required.
